Registration for the 2008 Lacrosse season will commence in January online. Information, regarding the dates, times and locations for the Registration sessions, fees and other details, will be posted on the KDLA web-site, 2008 season flyers distributed within the Upper-Canada District School Board schools and advertised in local papers.  

Winter Program Registration

Our Peanut to Novice players will be running a 9 week winter program to be held at South Branch Elementary school every Tuesday night from 6-9pm starting February 12 2008. Our PeeWee to Intermediate players will be running a 7 week winter program from 7-9:30pm starting February 11 2008 at North Grenville District High School, ending the first week in April to accommodate Competitive try outs. 

House League Registration

Our House League program will be starting the last week in April and run 10 weeks ending the end of June. This year we are trying to schedule our house league teams to play home games and practices on one particular  night of the week,  for the full 10 weeks. With away games scheduled with the opposing team. You can register for our 2008 House League program online or at one of our registration locations.

Competitive (Rep.) Registration

Our 2008, 18 week, Competitive season will begin the first week of April with Competitive Tryouts and Conditioning camp. Our Competitive program schedule will begin the first week of May, with weekly practices, and a minimum of 16 zone games, 10 of which prior to July 1 2008. Tournaments in Cornwall, Gloucester and Nepean, Zone playoffs and then the Provincials. You can register for our 2008 Rep  program during the first week of our Winter Program or online. Spaces will fill up fast so be sure to register early.

Required to register
All players - player's signature, parent or guardian's signature, fee
New players - copy of proof of age must accompany registration, health card #.

Proof of age may be provided from :

• Birth Certificate
• Passport
• Baptism certificate
• Photocopy of Health Card (front and back)
• Letter from school, on school letterhead, signed by Principal
• Drivers license (front and back)

Fees

Fees are due at time of registration for the Winter, House league and Competitive Programs. Post-dated  cheques are accepted. Payment schedules can be accommodated.

Payment Methods

Cash, money order or cheque. Cheques can be made out to KDLA.

NSF Cheques

Any cheque returned to the KDLA as non-sufficient funds will be charged a $25 fee.

Delinquent Accounts

Any player fees that are still outstanding from a previous season, are due prior any player participating in any program. If you have any outstanding fees you can pay with a cheque or cash. or you can now pay online.

Refunds

Refunds can be submitted to the registrar, via email or in person, before the end of the second week of the given program. A $25 administration fee will apply. No refunds will be given past the third week of the given program.

Boundaries

Interested in playing but not sure if you can play for us? Here is a map of the KDLA proposed boundaries. 

Please note that these are not fixed boundaries. Anyone outside of these proposed boundaries can ask to join us as long as they have not been registered with another association. Release exemptions can be made.

Before playing in a Competitive team, it must be proven that the player has not attained his/her: Intermediate -21st birthday, Midget -16th birthday, Bantam -14th birthday, PeeWee - 12th birthday, Novice - 10th birthday, prior to the first day of January in the season he/she intends to compete.

2008 Season Age Groups
