Executive position abbreviated descriptions
Secretary - Be responsible for meeting notices, minutes and proceedings and their distribution. Custodian of all books, papers and records.
Treasurer - Be responsible for accounts of all receipts and disbursements and banking.
Referee in Chief - Responsible for all referees, their training, evaluation, scheduling and development.
House League Convenor - Responsible for organizing, record keeping, coach selection, arbitration and development within the House League program.
Competitive Convenor - Responsible for organizing, record keeping, coach selection, arbitration and development within the Competitive program.
Way/Mean Convenor - Be responsible for fundraising in KDLA by organizing, with the help of a committee, selected by the Ways and Means Convenor, any fundraising events in the KDLA.
Promotions/Advertising - Be responsible for the promotions of the KDLA and layout, print and distribution of any advertising, approved by the KDLA executive. Be responsible for facilitating coverage of special events, and local media coverage of regular season house and competitive activities.
Referee in Chief - Be responsible for evaluating all referees and help ensure their development, setting up a training/review program annually for referees. Be responsible for the assignment of referees to home games for all teams, and keep a record of the same.
