Players must supply the following:

• CSA approved hockey helmet with facemask
• Approved mouth guard
• Gloves (hockey or lacrosse)
• Shoulder pads (hockey or lacrosse)
• Lacrosse arm guards or slash guards
  (Extra padding in the biceps area is recommended)
• Elbow pads (optional)
• Lacrosse Back/kidney pads
• Jock or Jill strap
• Lacrosse stick
• Knee pads (volleyball style) optional
• Shorts and running shoe
• Practice sweater (jersey)

Goalies must supply the following:

• CSA approved goalie mask or hockey helmet with facemask
• Hockey gloves (forward style)
• Hockey pants
• Jock or Jill strap

The KDLA provides goalies with:

• Goalie stick
• Leg guards
• Arm/chest protector
